Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend.

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. UK standard delivery then takes an estimated 8–15 business days, so please allow up to 18 business days in total. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Not at the moment. Darivelle currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.
Returns

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags, in their original packaging. Email contact@darivelle.com to start a return and we’ll send you the instructions.

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Yes. All applicable UK taxes are included in the price you see at checkout.

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify’s encrypted checkout; Darivelle never sees or stores your card details.
