At this time, Darivelle ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing occurs Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Time (United Kingdom)

  Estimated delivery time: 8–15 business days
  Total delivery time (including processing): up to 18 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or logistical issues.

Order Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Address Changes

Delivery address changes can be requested before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

P.O. Box Addresses

We are able to ship to P.O. Box addresses using standard postal services. Courier delivery services may not be available for these locations.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will refund the out-of-stock item and ship the remaining items in your order.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team so we can investigate the matter with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

• If possible, refuse the delivery and notify the courier immediately.
• If the package is delivered in your absence, please contact us with clear photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Duties & Taxes

• No additional customs fees or import duties will be charged upon delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

Shipping Insurance

All orders are insured against loss or damage during transit, up to the value declared by the shipping carrier.

• Lost Parcels: A refund or replacement will be issued once the carrier confirms the loss.
• Damaged Parcels: A refund or replacement will be processed after the carrier completes its investigation.
